We preview our summer issue ‘Patagonia, Wales and the cultures of the imagination’ at Lit on the Lawn at the 2015 Caerleon Festival. PW editor Nia Davies joins author Jon Gower to discuss the 150th anniversary of the founding of Y Wladfa, the Welsh settlement in Patagonia.  They’ll be joined by the award-winning Chilean poet Andrés Anwandter  who will be reading poems featured in the new issue of Poetry Wales. The event is part of an afternoon of discussions on ‘Writing across borders’. More information about the festival is available at http://www.caerleon-arts.org/

Summer 2015 – the first issue of the 51st volume – will be the first issue in our new termly (three times a year) format which sees the magazine expanding to 96 pages! Copies will be available at the festival or subscribe now to pre-order.
