You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and/or by cancelling your direct debit.
If you cancel your subscription partway through the term (e.g. one year into a two year subscription, or four months into a recurring one year subscription), we are not able to refund you any amount and your subscription will continue to run until your original end date (for non-recurring subscriptions) or renewal date (for recurring subscriptions), after which you will no longer be charged.
Subscriptions which are paid for more often than every year (e.g. all monthly subscriptions and concession subscriptions which are paid for every four months) are classed as ‘instalment subscriptions’. Instalment subscriptions are considered valid only when payment has been made in the month of publication.
For example, if you cancel your subscription in June you will not receive the magazine published in July.
